Pérouges is located 34km from Lyon. This is quite so small village but extremely charming. When you walk in pebble street,look these stone houses and old-style shops,you will feel like you are in middle age.

Pérouges is very famous of "Galette  Pérougienne" (or Galette de Pérouges). When we walked in the village,everywhere we could smell galette becasue every restaurant,café,bakery even small shop sell galettes. We did try two shops. Galettes are quite so similar like "sweet pizza". Simple and delicious.  Everyone can try to do it at home too. http://www.perouges.org/Programmes/Home.html
